The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities: Diagnose hardware and software issues on a variety of POS technology devices, including computers, monitors, printers, etc. Perform repairs, upgrades, and replacement of components as needed, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.  Install and configure operating systems and software applications.  Conduct preventative and restorative maintenance and cleaning of equipment to extend its lifespan and prevent future issues.  Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and quality standards Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and service history.  Stay current with industry developments, trends, and technologies through continuous learning.  Assist with month-end physical inventory count and reconciliation. Other duties as requested by supervisor. Working/Physical Conditions: Environment: Primarily office-based setting with a mix of administrative and hands-on tasks involving Team Collaboration: This role involves frequent interaction with multiple departments.  Occasional requirements for assisting in other areas as needed to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.  Lifting: Must be able to lift and move items up to 60 lbs. regularly, with occasional heavier lifting as required. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.  Proficient understanding and application of Windows and Microsoft Office software products. Strong knowledge of computer systems, and other technology products. Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Ability to lift 60 lbs. regularly, but not for long periods
