IDrive Autos, a reputable buy here pay here car dealership located in Central Kansas, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our dealership by assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the car-buying process.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and specifications of the vehicles in our inventory. Be able to effectively communicate the benefits of different models to customers.
Sales Process: Walk customers through the sales process, from initial contact to test drives and finalizing the purchase. Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, financing options, and warranties.
Paperwork and Documentation: Assist customers with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for the purchase. Ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership and legal requirements.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Targets and Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall dealership objectives.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Attend networking events or community activities to promote the dealership.
Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Basic knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to customers.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
