Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Service Appointment Coordinator to enhance our customer service department. This pivotal role will involve managing the scheduling of service appointments for our clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from the first point of contact through the completion of their service needs. You will be responsible for liaising between customers and service technicians, providing clear communication, and making sure that all appointments are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and emails to schedule service appointments
  • Provide detailed information about service options and availability
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any questions
  • Coordinate with service staff to manage scheduling effectively
  • Maintain an organized appointment calendar and customer records
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize dealership management systems for tracking and reporting
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with automotive service procedures is a plus
  • Proficient in using computer software and dealership management systems
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
