Do you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems on the fly, and helping a team stay on track? As our Dispatcher/Scheduler, you'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and the office. You'll manage schedules, coordinate service calls, and help ensure our technicians arrive prepared to deliver outstanding service. What You'll Do

• Build and manage daily technician schedules to maximize efficiency
• Communicate appointment updates and arrival times with customers
• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities change
• Maintain accurate job information, notes, and customer records in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with office and field staff to ensure jobs have the necessary information and materials
• Monitor open work orders and follow up to keep jobs moving
• Deliver a professional, friendly experience with every customer interaction
• Support the branch with administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using dispatch or scheduling software
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
