We're looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician who can independently run service calls, diagnose problems, deliver outstanding customer service, and take pride in their work.

This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits, modern equipment, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Pay & Benefits

$28–$40 per hour + performance commissions

Compensation based on experience, certifications, and ability to run service calls independently.

What You'll Do

• Run residential service calls in a company-provided van
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and improvements when appropriate
• Complete work orders, documentation, and photos using company software
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Represent DS Home Services with professionalism and integrity

• Gas furnaces
• Boilers
• Central air conditioning systems
• Heat pumps
• Ductless mini-split systems
• Indoor air quality products and accessories
• Thermostats and controls

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Ability to run a service van independently
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to use tablets and mobile software
• Basic hand tools

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
• Experience with Mitsubishi, Bosch, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, or similar equipment
• Experience with digital invoicing and service software
• Experience explaining repair and replacement options to homeowners
