This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. NOTE: This position is currently defined as a Project Manager role with responsibility for construction execution and delivery. Effective January 1, 2027, the role will transition to a Regional Owner's Representative (ROR), shifting from direct project management to owner-level oversight. This includes evaluating project performance across quality, cost, schedule, and risk, and influencing outcomes through alignment with organizational standards rather than day-to-day execution. Candidates should be comfortable operating in both environments and evolving toward a more strategic, oversight-focused leadership role.
