Job Summary: The Director of Growth, Brand & Performance provides strategic leadership for customer acquisition, brand development, marketing performance, and organizational growth across Teton Auto Group.

This is more than a traditional marketing leadership role. The Director is responsible for connecting growth and marketing strategy to measurable business results, partnering with executive leadership, General Managers, Managing Partners, and Human Resources to strengthen dealership performance, customer engagement, community relationships, employer branding, and future expansion.

The Director serves as the strategic owner of Growth, Brand & Performance, establishing direction, managing resources, evaluating ROI, leveraging technology and AI, and driving continuous improvement. The role supports local dealership leadership by providing strategy, creative resources, analytics, tools, coordination, and measurement while respecting local decision-making and community relationships.

Growth Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute the organization-wide Growth      & Brand Strategy.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, market share,      and dealership performance.
  • Lead digital, website, sales, service, and customer      engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, acquisitions, and      market expansion.
  • Partner with HR on employer branding and recruiting      initiatives.

Brand & Community Leadership

  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all      dealerships.
  • Support community engagement, sponsorships, events,      and public relations.
  • Provide creative and strategic resources to local      dealership leadership.
  • Strengthen the Teton Auto Group brand and employer      reputation.

Performance, Analytics & Innovation

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ROI, lead quality,      conversion, and marketing performance.
  • Use data and business intelligence to guide strategic      decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation,      and emerging technology.
  • Drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous      improvement.

Leadership & Resource Management

  • Lead and develop the Growth & Brand team.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, partnerships, and marketing      resources.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and      strategically allocate investments.
  • Build consistent processes and promote      accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Executive Partnership

  • Advise executive leadership on growth opportunities      and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide performance reporting and data-driven      recommendations.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership on growth,      acquisitions, and long-term planning.

Leadership Expectations

The Director is expected to lead with integrity, accountability, innovation, and fiscal responsibility, model Teton Auto Group’s Principles & Beliefs, champion Kaizen and continuous improvement, and build strong partnerships throughout the organization.

Success Measures

Success is measured by business outcomes—not marketing activity, including customer and sales/service traffic growth, marketing ROI, lead and website conversion, customer acquisition and retention, brand consistency, community impact, department efficiency, successful use of AI and automation, and support of acquisitions and organizational growth.

Shared Responsibility

The Growth & Brand Department provides the strategy, tools, creative resources, analytics, technology, coordination, and measurement that support dealership success. General Managers and Managing Partners remain responsible for local operations, customer experience, staffing, and community relationships.
