This role helps maintain patient flow, ensures all arrivals are directed appropriately, and provides basic clinical support as needed. If you are looking for a career where you can make a difference, we have a place for you on our team.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Entrance & Patient Support Greets and assists all patients and visitors entering after hours Directs individuals to the Emergency Department or appropriate area Assists with wheelchairs and patient mobility Provides clear, calm communication and support Flow & Communication Ensures all arriving patients are acknowledged and directed for care Communicates patient arrivals, concerns, or delays to ED staff Helps maintain smooth front-end flow and reduce congestion Safety & Observation Monitors entrance and lobby area for safety concerns Observes patients for changes in condition and reports immediately Maintains a visible presence to support a secure environment Clinical Support (CNA Scope) Assists with patient transport and basic intake as needed Provides comfort measures (blankets, positioning, etc.) Communicates patient needs to nursing staff promptly Assist with other tasks as assigned  Environment & Operations Maintains cleanliness and organization of entrance/lobby areas Ensures door access and visitor policies are followed Stocks basic supplies (wheelchairs, linens, PPE) BENEFITS:   Taking care for our community starts with taking care of our own team.
