Job DetailsJob Location: Sterling North Idaho Falls - Idaho Falls, ID 83401________________________________________________________________________   Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and company standards. Provide leadership, training, and support to laboratory staff across multiple clinic locations. Troubleshoot laboratory equipment, testing issues, and workflow concerns. Coordinate laboratory audits, inspections, proficiency testing, and competency assessments. Monitor quality control processes and ensure accurate laboratory documentation and recordkeeping. Develop, update, and implement laboratory policies and procedures. Assist with new laboratory setup, equipment installation, and staff training for new clinic locations. Maintain laboratory inventory and coordinate ordering and distribution of supplies. Review laboratory records, reports, and patient documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with providers, clinic leadership, and the Laboratory Director to maintain high-quality patient care and laboratory performance. Respond to laboratory issues promptly and provide support to clinic teams as needed. Maintain confidentiality and promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. Travel to clinic locations as needed to conduct audits, provide training, and support laboratory operations. Perform other duties as assigned.     Qualifications
