Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Full time 40 hours/week Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:00pm with flexibility

Rate of pay: $17/hr

As a Maintenance Technician you will maintain in an efficient and timely manner in areas of, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, painting, grounds maintenance, janitorial and/or any other trade or craft associated with maintaining the physical plant, property and equipment owned or operated by the agency.

Duties include but not limited to:

1. Complete work orders as assigned by priority.
2. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings and equipment.
3. Report and repair any safety concerns that may develop.
4. Snow removal as necessary.
5. Record and track billable productive hours.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Agency approvable driver’s license. 
• Basic knowledge of tools and techniques necessary to maintain all aspects of a physical plant.
