We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes. Due to continued growth, we are hiring for a Plasma Operator on 2nd shift. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is to operate a computer-controlled plasma cutter. Clean slag from tables Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products Qualified candidate will be responsible for programming the machine.  Locating appropriate materials according to job order Cut parts to conform to the drawings Qualifications: Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields is required Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics Ability to handle physical workload Must be able to read a tape measure Must have moderate computer skills Basic manufacturing experience preferred, but not necessary Benefits: $1,500 Sign On Bonus Perfect Attendance Bonus - $100/week Competitive wages - pay based on experience 2nd Shift Differential - $1.00/hour 100% Company Paid Employee Medical Coverage Family Medical Coverage options available Vision, Dental, Supplemental Coverages Paid vacation and holidays 401K Plan with up to 4% Company Match Employee referral program Qualifications
