Job Description:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for performing functions of either a Pit Manager or Shift Manager on an assigned shift

* Reviews game spread & staffing levels and recommends changes to the Director Table Games and Director Casino Administration

* Ensures compliance with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations.

* Responsible for the distribution and administration of performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters and progressive discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees

* Must be knowledgeable of all casino games and rules and Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations

* Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills

* Must offer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play

* Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, the integrity of the casino operation
