Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.   We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical team at Big Muddy River Correctional Center located in Ina, Illinois.  CNAs work under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.
