Job DetailsJob Location: Big Muddy River Correctional Center - Ina, IL 62846Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDJob Shift: NightJob Category: Medical Technician & SupportHourly salary of $22.77+/hour.  We offer a $4/hour shift differential on evenings and a $3/hour shift differential on nights.  Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.   We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical team at Big Muddy River Correctional Center located in Ina, Illinois.  CNAs work under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent CNA or other medical paraprofessional certification required CNA licensure in IL required Training, experience or certification as a nurse’s aide, medical technician or mental health worker preferred One year of experience in acute care, long-term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Available Shift: Full-Time Night The schedule includes rotating weekends. When Saturday and Sunday are worked, the following Monday is scheduled off. When Saturday and Sunday are off, the following Friday is scheduled off.
