E&S Services/Your Waterproofer, a Kurtz Bros. Company, is looking for a General Laborer-Crew Lead that can actively supervise and work on small construction projects. Site locations are typically new or old homes, housing developments, municipal parks, and commercial excavations sites.

Quality Candidates have the following characteristics:

Proficient in operating a mini excavator/skid steer for grading & excavation
Valid Drivers License
Ability to drive with a trailer / CDL is a plus but not required
Proficiency using a laser level for reading elevations on topographic plans a plus
Proficient in reading site, plans, and blueprints
Grading Skills
Masonry / bricklaying experience a plus
Waterproofing experience
Punctual on a daily basis (7am start time)
Willing to learn and trainable
Willing to work in all weather conditions as needed
Ability to follow directions
