What You’ll Do Welcome and assist patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism Verify insurance, collect payments, and provide accurate cost estimates Manage daily schedules and appointment confirmations Deliver exceptional service that reflects DIC’s patient-first values What We’re Looking For An excellent communicator — in person, over the phone, and everywhere in between Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic A true team player with a can-do attitude Willingness to float to other DIC locations for PTO and coverage needs Qualifications High school diploma required Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred ✨ Join a team where your kindness, flexibility, and professionalism truly shine!
