Are you organized, service-oriented, and passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? Graceland University is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our Admissions team and play a vital role in guiding students from acceptance through enrollment.
As the Admissions Coordinator, you'll serve as a key point of contact for prospective and returning students while providing administrative and operational support that keeps our Admissions Office running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Guide students through the enrollment process from acceptance to matriculation.
- Coordinate with Student Financial Services, the Registrar, faculty, and other campus partners to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Review enrollment checklists, collect required documents, and communicate next steps to students.
- Organize marketing materials, promotional items, office supplies, and recruitment resources.
- Prepare materials for campus visits, college fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Admissions and the Admissions Office.
- Assist with recruitment events and special projects that support enrollment growth.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Student-focused with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and solving problems.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (CRM experience is a plus).
