Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, verify age, and take food and drink orders.
• Suggest menu items, answer questions, and engage with guests.
• Serve responsibly, adhering to all regulations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain and clean the bar area, including stocking and setup.
• Prepare and serve beverages per company recipes.
• Process payments and manage cash drops.
• Follow company policies and communicate positively with managers, co-workers, and guests.
• Obtain and maintain liquor certification as required.
• Embrace company culture and perform additional duties as needed.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and motivate a diverse team.

Hours:

• Variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Alcohol certification as required by law.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and other physical activities.

Environmental Conditions:

• Primarily indoor work with potential exposure to temperature changes.
