Benefits Administrator The Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in supporting FosterAdopt Connect's employees by administering comprehensive employee benefit programs with accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. This position manages benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, payroll deductions, vendor communications, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for employees navigating their benefit options. Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, and benefit providers, the Benefits Administrator helps ensure employees receive timely, accurate benefits and support throughout their employment. By maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, resolving benefit issues, and ensuring the integrity of benefit records, this role contributes to both employee satisfaction and organizational success. Although much of this work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt every day. Your attention to detail and commitment to service help ensure our employees have access to the benefits and resources they need to care for themselves and their families, allowing them to remain focused on our mission of serving children, youth, and families. Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two (2) years' experience administering employee benefits, human resources, payroll, or a closely related field. 
  • PHR or SPHR preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, workers' compensation, PTO, and FMLA benefits.
  • Experience administering benefit enrollments and qualifying life events.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
