Job DetailsJob Location: BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, OH 44131Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeSalary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly Multiple Locations | Evening & Weekend Availability Required Competitive Pay Based on Experience Position Overview We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Floating Cleaner / Floor Technician to support multiple client locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can step in where needed to keep our standards high. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments—while also supporting floor care projects across accounts. What You’ll Do Travel between assigned client sites to provide cleaning support Perform general janitorial duties: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation Execute floor care services, including: Auto-scrubbing Buffing and burnishing Strip and wax (as needed) Fill in for call-offs or staffing gaps Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times Represent JV Janitorial with professionalism at every site Company Vehicle Provided Travel between job sites using company-provided vehicles No added mileage or wear and tear on your personal vehicle Clean driving record required to be eligible to operate company vehicles   Qualifications What We’re Looking For Prior commercial cleaning experience required Floor care experience strongly preferred (strip/wax, buffing, etc.) Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Strong attendance and dependability Flexibility with schedule (evenings and occasional weekends) Why Join JV Janitorial?
