Source, develop leads, prospect and continually networkĀ
Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goalsĀ
Be an effective communicator both written and verbalĀ
Provide excellent customer service and maintain retentionĀ
Be self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.Ā
Ā
Qualifications:
Sales experience highly preferred
Ability to qualify for and maintain a Property & Casualty/Personal Lines Insurance license and a Life Insurance license
Have computer experience and good organization skill
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Successful completion of background check and drug screen
