Landscape Maintenance Field Foreman

Pleasant View Gardens is looking for an experienced Maintenance Field Foreman to provide leadership and support to our landscape maintenance crews. This position works alongside Crew Leaders and team members to ensure every property is maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Crew Leaders and maintenance teams.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure company standards are met.
• Perform customer walkthroughs and assist in resolving service concerns.
• Train new and returning employees on horticulture, safety, equipment operation, and company procedures.
• Reinforce Pleasant View Gardens' quality standards and best practices through field coaching.
• Conduct safety meetings and monitor compliance with company safety policies.
• Complete vehicle, trailer, and equipment inspections.
• Assist with daily crew support, scheduling adjustments, materials, and field operations.
• Review job documentation, photos, and field reports for accuracy.
• Serve as Crew Leader when needed.
• Promote a positive team culture built on professionalism, accountability, and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• Previous Crew Leader, Foreman, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plant identification, pruning, bed maintenance, and horticultural best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Experience using smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Jobber (preferred).
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License.
• MN Commercial Pesticide Applicator License required (or ability to obtain).
• MN DOT Medical Card required (or ability to obtain).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work on uneven terrain.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and company vehicles.
