Encompass Medical Group is currently recruiting for a Supervisor of Clinic Services position within our Independence office. This is a full time position. This position is responsible for the administrative support and management assistance for the Office Manager as well as for the organizational support for the staff members within the clinic.
Position Summary: Assists the Office Manager and associates with administrative support for the office. Acts as a liaison between the staff, patients, outside affiliated facilities, and vendors.Â
Position Accountabilities:Â
- Maintains confidentiality of all medical and administrative information.Â
- Assists the Office Manager with collecting and compiling of information for monthly reports.Â
- Attends meetings, as needed.Â
- Assists with compiling and recording payroll information to include updating employee time accruals in the absence of the Office Manager.Â
- Begins initial investigation into patient complaints in the absence of the Office Manager, and reports directly to Office Manager.Â
- Responsible for medical equipment supply ordering and periodic maintenance in the office.Â
- Acts as a resource person for all office employees.Â
- Provides information and assistance to patients as needed.Â
- Disseminates appropriate information throughout the center as directed by the Office Manager.Â
- Conducts medical in-services and remedial training as needed.Â
- Attends to clinic emergencies and assists with transport as needed.Â
- Provides feedback to the Office Manager on quality of clinical staff performance.Â
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.Â
Job Specifications:Â
Minimum EducationÂ
- RN/LPN license required
Minimum ExperienceÂ
- Previous management experience in the medical field preferredÂ
- Previous experience working in a clinical environment preferredÂ
Skills – AdministrativeÂ
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrative personnel, peers, and patientsÂ
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and AccessÂ
