Veterinarian Opportunity - Farview Veterinary Hospital - Privately Owned Practice
Location: Independence, Missouri (20 minutes from Kansas City)

Farview Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time veterinarian to join a well-established, privately owned small animal practice. Serving the Independence community since the 1980s, the clinic has built a loyal client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

About the Practice
Farview focuses exclusively on cats and dogs and is committed to practicing the best possible medicine. The hospital is supported by a collaborative team of 2 DVMs, 3 accredited technicians, 7 assistants, and 6 client service representatives. Facilities include two exam rooms and a dedicated surgical suite, with in-house technology such as digital radiography, ultrasound, CO₂ laser, HT Vista, and a cold laser.

Surgery is performed 4–5 days per week and includes routine procedures such as spays/neuters, dentistry, and mass removals, along with occasional specialty cases. The practice also offers wellness care, urgent care, diagnostics, and same-day appointments.

Schedule

Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Veterinarians work 9-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $90,000–$100,000, based on experience
