Job Summary:

The Requirements SME provides support to Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1) and the Requirements Department (N8). The Requirements SME supports the N8 and provides analysis, advice, and capabilities integration support to command leadership and management personnel. The SME will work with/by/and through the N8 to implement strategies to meet material requirements, analyze risks, and deploy solutions with respect to matters of significance within the areas identified below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

路 Provide research, analysis, and recommendations toward resourcing current and future missions and capability areas across the DOTMLPF-P pillars. This will include developing and maintaining tactical and strategic relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.

路 Assist in preparation and submission of required reports delineating EXU-1 Material Management Allowance status and changes.

路 Provide subject matter expertise and consultation on equipment, tools, and material requirements for Advanced Exploitation operations, training, and deployments.

路 Provide support to the EXU-1 in the management of Equipment TOA and Materiel Management Allowance, and as needed coordination with NAVFAC Expeditionary Program Office (NEPO) and Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center (NFELC) managed programs.

路 Provide assistance to the client in mapping TOA requirements to unit鈥檚 mission essential tasks.

路 Support the development of plans for project team initiatives or other task groups in producing various projects/studies. This will include supporting the command during a variety of evolutions (e.g. briefs, meetings, engagements, workshops, training, training evolutions, planning conferences, symposiums, etc.) both internal and external to EXU-1.

路 Provide support, coordinate, and assistance with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Phase Replacement Process.

路 Support rapid acquisition processes, and monitor execution to assess requirements fulfillment

路 Provide technical expertise centric to resourcing and gap solution generation across all mission modalities.

路 Support the identification of material and non-material capability gaps and develop solutions

路 Other duties as assigned and/or specified in the contract Performance Work Statement tasks as directed by the R3 Program Manager.

路 Complete annual training requirements (e.g., Cybersecurity Awareness, Insider Threat Awareness, Counterintelligence Awareness and Security Brief & etc.) required by the COR, client, and R3 to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

路 Perform duties effectively with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

路 Preferred five (5) years US Navy Supply Corps experience.

路 Preferred to have experience working with NSWC IHD Staff, EXU-1, and/or US Navy EOD Mobile Unit Staff.

路 Bachelor鈥檚 or Associates degree desired.

路 Proficient in Microsoft Windows Office Productivity Products (i.e. Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and other or similar applications)

路 Possess strong presentation and facilitation skills, and excellent organization and attention to detail required

路 Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS and possess a current U.S. Passport

路 Ability to pass pre-employment (and random) drug screens and background investigation.
