RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient in Fannie Mae Loan Delivery System; Ginnie Mae/SFPDM; Freddie Mac Selling System.
• Request Collateral to be shipped to the Custodian.
• Review loans committed/assigned for upcoming trades for accuracy. Duties to be completed on day 1 thru 3 depending on the amount of volume – could be less. Not to exceed three days.
• Utilize applicable Checklist as a review to electronically uploaded data; MI Certs; and loan applications (1003’s). Duties to be completed according to the amount of volume. Organize Pools by Pool Numbers and update Edits in Fannie Mae Loan Delivery.
• Export data from PCL, amortize UPB’s if needed. Excel spreadsheet and executed forms for each pool being sent to the Custodian and the Warehouse for certification. LOS of records are PCL & Blue Sage-More LOS.
• Corrections requested from the Custodian will be completed by Loan Delivery.
• Provide requests to Movement Mortgage Collateral Team for correcting and/or requesting documentation such as: Allonges, POA, etc.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Complete all require training classes and certifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work in a Fast Paced environment and thrive.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize task to meet required deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Outlook, EXCEL,  and Word software applications
• College Degree or 2 + years of mortgage industry experience

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
