About Us

Born in San Diego in 2007, Club Pilates has grown into the largest boutique Pilates brand in the world—serving millions of workouts each year and changing lives through movement.

We stay true to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based method while modernizing the experience with group classes, state-of-the-art equipment, and a powerful community vibe.

We believe Pilates isn’t just a workout—it’s a way to live stronger, longer, and more confidently. And we believe great studios are built by great leaders.

The Role

This is not a passive front-desk role. This is a full-time sales leadership position for someone who knows how to sell, coach others, and drive results.

As Lead Sales Associate, you will help lead the studio’s Sales Associates, support day-to-day sales execution, and help turn leads, Intro classes, and member opportunities into revenue.

You’ll be expected to sell personally, coach from the floor, and help create the accountability and consistency needed for the sales team to hit its goals.

What You’ll Own

  • Support and lead the Sales Associate team through coaching, accountability, and daily sales execution

  • Drive membership sales and help the studio achieve monthly revenue and new-member goals

  • Own the sales process from lead follow-up and appointment setting through Intro classes, closing, and follow-up

  • Sell alongside the team, stepping in to close opportunities and model strong sales behaviors

  • Coach Sales Associates on phone skills, lead conversion, objection handling, follow-up, and closing

  • Monitor sales KPIs, including lead response time, appointments booked, Intro attendance, conversion, and sales activity

  • Ensure leads are contacted quickly, consistently, and according to established sales processes

  • Support grassroots marketing, referral initiatives, promotions, and local lead generation

  • Help recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Associates

  • Maintain accurate sales activity, prospect notes, and reporting within ClubReady

  • Serve as a go-to sales resource for the team and help maintain a culture of urgency, accountability, consistency, and results

  • Partner with studio leadership to identify sales opportunities and improve overall studio performance

Who You Are

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience required

  • Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others preferred

  • Confident salesperson who is comfortable asking for the sale and closing

  • Able to coach others and reinforce expectations

  • Comfortable working toward sales goals, KPIs, and performance targets

  • Strong communicator in person, over the phone, by text, and through email

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads, priorities, and follow-up activities

  • Proactive, competitive, and motivated by measurable results

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, scheduling, and reporting systems

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, membership sales, or another service-based sales environment is a plus

Why This Role Is Different

  • Full-time sales leadership position

  • Competitive base salary based on experience

  • Health benefits + 401(k)

  • Commission on sales

  • Performance incentives tied to results

  • Opportunity to coach and develop a sales team

  • Clear growth path within a multi-studio organization

  • A role where your impact can be measured directly through sales performance and team development

Bottom Line

If you know how to sell, support a sales team, and create accountability around performance, we want to meet you.

This role is for someone who wants to lead from the front, help develop strong Sales Associates, and play a direct role in driving studio growth.
