About the team:Ā 

OurĀ Associate Measurement LeadĀ (AML)Ā team are experts in understandingĀ how to help advertisers succeed on Reddit’sĀ media platform.Ā They support our partners at Reddit byĀ optimizingĀ media campaigns,Ā identifyingĀ target audiences, andĀ measuringĀ the impact of marketing effortsĀ on Reddit.Ā Ā 

About the roleĀ 

TheĀ Associate Measurement LeadĀ is responsible forĀ servicingĀ the Reddit accountĀ through theĀ development of high-quality work and efficient delivery while building strong relationships.Ā In this role, theyĀ will build skills andĀ expertiseĀ as a research partner to our clients inĀ advising onĀ strategy for digital media campaigns. This person will haveĀ strong communicationĀ andĀ organizationĀ skills, attention to detail,Ā and interest in what makes advertising great onĀ Reddit.Ā 

Primary Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Execute brand liftĀ studies from start to finishĀ on the Reddit platform.Ā 

  • Day-to-dayĀ tasks includeĀ leading kick-off calls,Ā setting upĀ new studies, designing surveys, analyzing data,Ā writingĀ final reports, and presenting results to internal and external teams.Ā 

  • Develop actionable recommendationsĀ that areĀ clearlyĀ tied toĀ data and researchĀ objectives.Ā 

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.Ā 

  • Adhere toĀ project timelines and deliver high quality work through collaboration with sales and ad measurement teams.Ā 

  • Exhibit critical thinking toĀ driveĀ process improvementsĀ andĀ address issues proactively.Ā 

  • Build understanding of mediaĀ platformĀ capabilitiesĀ andĀ advertiserĀ verticalĀ expertise.Ā 

Essential Knowledge & ExperienceĀ Ā 

  • 1+ years ofĀ advertisingĀ researchĀ / measurementĀ experienceĀ with knowledge of experimentation andĀ basicĀ familiarity with the underlying statistical methods.Ā 

  • 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles andĀ aĀ track recordĀ of success in client interactions, preferably inĀ digital ad research, digital ad tech, at aĀ research supplier, a media owner,Ā brand,Ā or agency partner.Ā 

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and practices.Ā 

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills – you’reĀ articulate and engaging, aĀ data-driven storytellerĀ that’sĀ passionate about measurement to inspire and drive actionĀ using logical reasoning.Ā 

Ā 

  • StrongĀ detail-orientation,Ā processĀ and time management skills, andĀ capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlinesĀ andĀ collaborateĀ cross-functionally;Ā prior project management experience preferred.Ā 

  • Natural curiosity, can-do attitude,Ā and ability to take initiative.Ā 

  • Undergraduate degree with coursework in marketing, business administration, economics, statistics, math, social sciences,Ā or a related field.Ā 

Ā 

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office and Google Suite tools.Ā ExperienceĀ with SalesforceĀ preferredĀ andĀ anĀ ability to master other business toolsĀ as neededĀ (e.g., data management / cross tab and other proprietary tools).Ā
