Architect

(This position will involve some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the technical design, and in some cases development, of automation and low-code solutions.

  • Acts as an Intelligent Automation thought leader and coach to developers, helping IU Health realize the value of automation.

  • Produces the detail surrounding accepted EA frameworks and logical system designs. 
  • Uses guiding principles & architectural policies to produce solution designs that anchor to IT portfolio standards and ensure long-term operational and administrative efficiencies. 
  • The architect is detail-oriented and thorough with the analysis and direction provided to development teams. 
  • Ensures delivery teams are equipped with the leadership and guidance necessary to successfully deliver their solutions.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

  • Preferred experience in multiple automation platforms, which may include Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), ServiceNow, and Blue Prism.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience required.
  • Requires knowledge of EA frameworks and design tools.
  • Requires deep expertise in at least one technology domain.
