Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner/Pressure Washer to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and with a small crew.
- Job Responsibilities
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Wipe down all sills and frames to ensure cleanliness
- Use ladders or other equipment to reach high windows
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Communicate professionally and kindly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues
- Requirements
- Previous experience in professional window cleaning is highly preferred
- Previous professional pressure washing experience is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and with a small crew
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
- Expected hours: 30-40 per week
