We’re looking for well-rounded, motivated students to join us for a 10-week paid internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build your professional network, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic business environment.

What You’ll Experience

As a Business Intelligence Intern at FHLBank, you’ll:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making and operational improvements

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders

• Utilize SQL and data visualization techniques to support data-driven initiatives

• Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present analytical results effectively

• Contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study

• Gain exposure to the finance and banking industry

• Participate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking students who:

• Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies

• Are majoring in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Data Science

• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally

• Work well independently and in team settings

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to solve problems

Program Highlights

• 10-week paid internship: Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7
