About the Role
The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of service support personnel while driving operational efficiency, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with dispatch, warehouse, warranty, and branch leadership teams to ensure service operations run smoothly and effectively.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support branch service support staff
  • Train, mentor, and cross-train technicians and support personnel
  • Coordinate technician scheduling and job assignments
  • Support customer service operations and assist with technical service needs
  • Resolve customer concerns, billing questions, and service-related issues professionally
  • Partner with dispatch, warehouse, and warranty teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Review billing accuracy and assist with credit and collections support as needed
  • Promote workplace safety and enforce company safety standards
  • Assist the Branch Manager with operational initiatives and branch support activities
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate degree or technical school background preferred
  • 3–5 years of technical, mechanical, or commercial service industry experience
  • 3–5 years of leadership or management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
