What We’re Looking For: Responsibilities and Requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure work complies with NEC, state, and local codes
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other departments
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience recognized in Indiana
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused & quality-driven approach
- Valid driving license with an acceptable driving record
- A background check is required
