The territory for this position is:聽 For the State of Indiana and Western Kentucky. 聽The TM is part of the U.S. Sales team and adds value for Husqvarna and it鈥檚 dealers by cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each dealer鈥檚 growth, optimal performance, and success. The TM is responsible for securing and developing new dealers that help meet sales and market-share goals for the territory. This position will plan, enhance, and measure the performance of assigned dealers, as well as service the dealer base.聽 This job regularly requires being in front of the customers to present products, promotional programs, etc.聽 Required travel is up to 60% with overnights required.

What You Need to Know:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop a plan to increase company brand position in assigned territory

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Gain dealer commitment & orders

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Make planned dealer-calls and chronicle the discussions and outcomes in CRM

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrate equipment and provide product application learning opportunities.聽 Able to lift 40-50 lbs to demo and set up trade shows

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate the success of sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Acquaint dealers with the latest selling techniques

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor dealer inventory levels and drive business adjustments as required

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Represents Husqvarna at trade, industry, and dealer shows

What We Are Looking For:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of high school degree or equivalent; Associates Degree Preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high performance in sales environment

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lives in a location within the assigned territory that the Company logically determines will best serve our customers

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior sales experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, power tool, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, and/or power sports businesses preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior dealer/distributor sales experience preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven sales performer with excellent negotiation skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and transfer expert knowledge into practical solutions as part of maintaining a successful relationship with dealers and customers.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated understanding of market positioning both from a financial and product viewpoint.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated knowledge and/or aptitude and passion for learning extensively about outdoor power equipment and the industry in order to represent the Husqvarna brand and products effectively to dealers.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop high quality working relationships both internally and externally.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong planning and organizational skills, demonstrating ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), as well as the ability to learn and master other in-house programs that track sales and customer relations
