Responsibilities:
- Coordinate execution of commercial agreements (NDAs, CDAs, Master Service Agreements, etc.)
- Analyze potential risks associated with contract terms and identify mitigation strategies
- Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure compliance with terms, track performance metrics, and address any contractual issues or disputes. Work proactively to renew or amend contracts as needed
- Act as a primary point of contact for the contracting team with clients and internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with Legal, Business Development, Risk, Operations and Finance for complex contract escalations as required
- Maintain a comprehensive contract repository, including contract documents, amendments, and relevant details pertaining to service lines
Education / Experience:
- BS with >5 years experience in contracts administrator role, including reviewing NDAs, CDAs, Master Services Agreements, and RFIs or
- JD with 2-5 years experience in contracts administrator role, including reviewing NDAs, CDAs, Master Services Agreements, and RFIs (preferred)
- Experience in a life sciences industry preferred

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
