Location: Indianapolis, IN.
This is a hybrid position with 1 day work from home.
Shifts: Monday - Friday: 10am ,11am, or Noon EST start time. Wednesday - Sunday 1pm Start Time
*8-hour shift and a 30-minute lunch break.
Compensation: $18

Summary
The overall purpose of this job is to provide excellent customer service by answering calls and routing damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers, and contractors.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Answer inbound calls regarding locate requests, rescheduling, community standards, damages, etc.Â
Perform data entry and other administrative functionsÂ
Receive calls and e-mails with damage ticket information from One Call center, customer or contractor, and complete timely communication of the tickets to the appropriate USIC staffÂ
Route damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers and contractors; make changes as necessaryÂ
Work with USIC field staff, as well as on-call contractors to reschedule service tickets, document in the USIC Ticket Pro systemÂ
Call and e-mail USIC field tech/contractors to reschedule ticket completion date, document and follow up with the technician in the fieldÂ
Assist with projects and other administrative tasks as needed based on business needsÂ

Ability to utilize computers and other office equipmentÂ
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and OutlookÂ
Excellent customer service skillsÂ
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-taskÂ
Excellent oral and written communication skillsÂ
Excellent organizational skillsÂ
Ability to work in a multi-line phone system environmentÂ
High school education or equivalent; some college preferredÂ
Data entry experience preferredÂ
Reliable transportation requiredÂ
