Position Summary
The Client Integration Analyst supports the Transaction Tax Compliance function by assisting on new client implementations and data processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze client source data reports and build data models from multiple client reporting platforms for import into DMA systems
Establish guidelines for tax credits, amended returns, renewals, notice handling expectations, funding procedures, and reporting requirements
Document compliance processes and procedures for each new client
Setup new client profile in all internal software systems used for return preparation
Maintain client contact throughout new client onboarding process
Manage transition process from onboarding to production
Troubleshoot and resolve client data issues during onboarding
Process client data feeds into tax software program
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with online filing and back-end client reporting as needed
Support Production team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
1+ years’ experience with DMA or in a similar position
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Previous data modeling experience preferred
Ability to learn Transaction Tax and software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.Â
