Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Roofer Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects. This role is responsible for supervising job site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on job sites
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities
• Install and oversee installation of commercial roofing systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Train and mentor team members
• Communicate with project managers and contractors
• Track materials, labor, and job progress

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditions
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Valid driver’s license required
