VOAOHIN is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our growing outpatient medical and behavioral health programs. This role is ideal for a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, works well with others, and is committed to helping clients achieve positive outcomes.Â
The Operations Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination for outpatient operations, scheduling, client access, provider support, insurance processes, and workflow management. The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.Â
We are looking for someone who understands that operational excellence directly impacts patient care. Every appointment scheduled, barrier removed, and process improved helps clients stay engaged in treatment and move toward recovery.Â

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.Â
• Relevant experience in healthcare, behavioral health, outpatient services, medical office operations, care coordination, scheduling, insurance verification, customer service, or similar environments may be considered in lieu of formal education.Â
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Â
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.Â
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, families, referral sources, providers, and staff from diverse backgrounds and experiences.Â
• Comfortable interacting professionally and effectively with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, medical, social, and economic challenges.Â
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.Â
