Details: This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm. Team member will work remote and will need a private, home office space to work. Team member will be required to work in-person 1-2 days per month. Strong multitasking, time management, and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing and assigning care referrals to designated liaisons in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring all referrals are distributed within 15 minutes of receiving. Establishes daily workflow priorities, helps coordinate liaison assignments, and supports efficient operations throughout the day while balancing multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Provides administrative and basic technical support to leaders and teams, handling routine issues and inquiries with guidance as needed. Maintains organization, supports daily operational processes, and adapts to additional responsibilities as business needs arise. 

Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required.
•Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
