Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Children Services
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Print, log and total timesheets and invoices
- Create spreadsheet of monthly reports
- Assist with United Way reports
- Monitor Jot forms from providers
- Payroll review and reporting
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Working knowledge of Office 365 products, strong emphasis on Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as team player
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- At least 1 year of office experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. periodically
