About the Role Â
As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Government Programs team, you will be responsible for supporting the 340B Program and will work closely with our Lead Senior Financial Analyst for 340B. You will register and terminate child sites for our 340B entities, ensuring OPAIS is correct. Conduct monthly audits of retail invoices. Participate in the recertifications of all 340B entities. Assist in the preparation of all internal mock audits as well as any HRSA audits. Prepare detailed revenue and expense breakouts for parent and child sites as well as location crosswalks for audits, feeds, and go-lives. Continually look for opportunities to grow and improve the 340B Program.   Â

Register and terminate child sites, ensuring OPAIS is accurate.Â
Preparing for internal and external 340B audits.Â
Prepare location crosswalks for audits, feeds, and go-lives.Â
Prepare detailed breakouts of revenues and expenses for parent and child sites.Â
Conduct monthly retail invoice audits.Â
Continually look for 340B opportunities to grow and enhance the program.Â

Candidate QualificationsÂ
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.Â
Â
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Â
3+ years of relevant 340B experience.Â
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.Â
Experience with relational databases or financial/operational modeling is a plus.Â
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Â
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team.Â
