Schedule:

*Float-Full Time*

Monday-Thursday 7:15am-6:15pm

Friday 7:15am-4:15pm

As a float, there may be last‑minute changes to shift times or assigned locations based on staffing needs

Work Location: 

9 clinic locations; focused most on East/South/Eagle Highlands clinics

*Must be flexible to work any location

Primary Responsibilities:

This position oversees patient flow from entry to destination and ensures timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and timely resolution of patient accounts.
  • Collecting information to generate complete and accurate financial and demographic records.
  • Insurance verification, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits.
  • Communicating with payers and patients to confirm financial information.
  • Accurate patient registration and scheduling of recurring appointments.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing patients and visitors appropriately.
  • Participating in departmental operations and performance‑improvement activities.
  • Complying with infection control, equipment training, regulatory standards, and safety programs.
  • Ordering, distributing, and maintaining department supplies.
  • Meeting productivity, quality, and service standards to support departmental goals.

 

Requirements:  

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years Customer Service/Medical experience desired. 
  • Minimum one-year medical office experience or combination of extensive customer service work experience and education in insurance verification, patient registration and medical terminology preferred. 
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS).
