Position Overview:   The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is currently filling positions throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas for our Before and After School programs.  SITE DIRECTORS are responsible for the management and leadership of the program.  This includes developing a staff team, providing behavior management support for students, maintaining communication between staff and families in the program, and creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day. They help in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth along with demonstrate the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants.
