  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex opportunities, influence without formal authority, and translate institutional needs into roadmaps, plans, recommendations, or well-defined initiatives.
  • Relevant experience may have been gained through formal business relationship management roles or through adjacent roles such as project management, program management, business analysis, consulting, client engagement, service delivery leadership, or similar work.
  • Demonstrated success advising leaders, leading cross-functional initiatives, shaping priorities, navigating ambiguity, and translating business needs into actionable plans that deliver organizational value.
