Position Summary

The Client Success Manager at BeneSkill is a consultative and operational role responsible for managing employer relationships, delivering strategic benefits guidance, and executing day-to-day administration. This role blends advisory expertise with hands-on execution to support client growth, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employer clients, building strong and trusted relationships

• Lead renewal strategy, including carrier negotiations and plan analysis

• Coordinate onboarding and open enrollment processes using platforms such as BerniePortal and Employee Navigator

• Support compliance efforts including ACA, ERISA, and Section 125 documentation

• Assist with claims resolution, billing discrepancies, and eligibility management

• Identify cross-selling opportunities including voluntary benefits, payroll, and HR services


Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in employee benefits, brokerage, or PEO environment

• Active Health & Life insurance license required

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
