- You like having a company vehicle to drive and gas paid for.
- Running daily sales appointments, providing estimates, and educating customers to have more comfort in their homes.
- Generating leads and following up on estimates timely. You control your paycheck with commissions (typical compensation range is 65-150K annually. There is no cap to earning potential).
- Attention to detail and team spirit to achieve common customer and business focused goals.
- Being a team player. Teamwork with installers by collecting proper job information for installs, communicating with the customer service/dispatch teams, communicating promptly with the customer, and other departments to ensure an unrivaled customer experience is incredibly important.
Experience and Qualifications you bring
- Strong customer service, communication, and timeliness
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of various HVAC systems in order to size and quote systems properly based on customers' needs
- The ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed
- Ability to perform territory management effectively by planning routes, scheduling appointments, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, inside sales techniques, or retail sales environments.
- Analytical skills to assess market opportunities, evaluate competitors, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Driver's License and clean driving record
