SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm

No weekends or holidays observed by IU Health

WORK LOCATION

Downtown office-Sleep Lab: 714 N. Senate Ave, Suite 110

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Determines the best method for problem resolution of complex issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. 
  • Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. 
  • Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. 
  • Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions. 
  • Assists department leadership with audits or quality assurance workflows as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED is required. 
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
