About The Role:
Arbor Homes is seeking a Data Specialist to join our Indianapolis team. This position will create and maintain data necessary to build homes and create purchase orders, as well as collaborate in data driven initiatives with other departments. We are looking for an analytical professional who thrives on opportunities to build and evaluate data, and who can facilitate working solutions in a collaborative setting.

What Will You Be Doing?
Build data in Excel upload sheetsÂ
Perform quantity takeoffs utilizing blueprintsÂ
Create and maintain takeoff matrices in ExcelÂ
Collaborating on data driven initiatives with other departmentsÂ
Troubleshoot errors encountered by end usersÂ
Migrate existing data to standardized parametersÂ
Assist in training new data specialistsÂ
Assist in the maintenance of costs and retailÂ
Communicate changes to end usersÂ
What Will You Bring?
Strong computer, quantitative, and analytical skillsÂ
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel requiredÂ
Ability to work with large data setsÂ
Excellent troubleshooting and organization skillsÂ
Strong aptitude for communication and collaborationÂ
Experience in residential construction preferred but not requiredÂ
Experience with Sapphire Build or other ERP system preferredÂ
Ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks Â
