Company Overview:
Midwest Dippin’ Dots, a franchisee operating across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania, is expanding its market presence. With continued growth in Indiana, a new satellite site is now operational in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Midwest Dippin’ Dots General Manager, the Delivery Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of frozen products to customers. This role includes loading and unloading inventory from the warehouse to the truck and ultimately to customer locations. The position is full-time seasonal, with increased overtime opportunities during the summer months and an average of 30 weekly hours during the winter season. This position will also assist with Warehouse needs, meaning loading of trucks, maintenance, and cleanliness. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Load, transport, and deliver frozen products to customers within the assigned territory (Indiana).

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.

  • Sort and handle packages, materials, and supplies for distribution.

  • Unload deliveries at assigned locations, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on duty.

  • Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns professionally.

  • Accurately track and report delivery routes, hours worked, and customer service interactions.

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience required.

  • Prior delivery driver experience preferred.

  • Must be reliable, responsible, and possess strong time-management skills.

  • Friendly and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

  • Ability to safely handle and transport goods, ensuring zero damage.

  • Must adhere to all traffic laws and driving regulations.

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

  • Ability to perform basic math, read and follow instructions accurately.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
